Former Dim Sum head chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, leading the team of Lung King Hin achieved Hong Kong’s first Michelin Three Starred Chinese restaurant. Chef Mak has 40 years of experience in Dim Sum making and he always wish to share quality traditional dim sum and the premium ingredients with the community at an affordable price so that every ordinary people will have chance to enjoy. He established Tim Ho Wan in 2009 and right after 10 months of operation, the restaurant found its international renown when the restaurant dèbuted in the the Michelin Guide with one star.  Its dim sum have won the plaudits of food critics and the hearts of epicureans around the world.

Chef Leung Fai Keung
Chef Leung share the same business philosophy with Chef Mak ever since they started the first Tim Ho Wan in 2009. Both believe “Freshly made to order” and using the fresh ingredients are two key elements for a Dim Sum Restaurant and this is how they gain their win the hearts of epicureans. The second store they opened together in Sham Shui Po Fuk Wing Street is 5 times bigger than the first store in Yau Ma Tei. Their business grow rapidly in these 5 years time reaching out to South East Asia cities and even Australia.
